Synopsis
Edit
Raylan and Winona meet for beers in a roadhouse 50 miles outside Lexington, only to spot Tim at the bar. Winona admits to two things: 1) Not wanting to be seen by Gary and 2.) Believing that she and Raylan can never truly be happy.
The next day, a church bus full of sketchy dudes fresh from an OxyContin run barrels down a dusty road, only to be bloodily hijacked by two even sketchier dudes named Cutter and El Ron. At Audrey's, Dewey Crowe approaches Boyd, convinced he did it, but Boyd stonily proclaims his innocence and urges Dewey not to seek "reparations." Then Dewey gets an incredibly stupid idea: masquerade as Raylan.
After purchasing a hat and similar clothing, Dewey steals the Oxy back from Cutter and El Ron, making sure to give his name as "U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens" several times. An onlooker goes to Officer Bennett, who foolishly buys the tall tale and tries to feel Raylan out as a potential criminal collaborator. Lucky for him Raylan exposes the witness as ill-informed before he says too much. Boyd Crowder gives Raylan a call, warning him of Dewey's intolerable actions.
Raylan busts in on an extremely high Dewey and prostitute friends, warning him of the impending danger. No sooner does he arrive than Cutter and El Ron approach, guns drawn. After exchanging brief fire with Raylan, the villains get blown away by Officer Bennett, but not before they inform him they were working for his brother Dickie. The next day, Boyd is socially ambushed in a restaurant by a man named Kyle claiming to be a fan and hopeful co-conspirator of Boyd's. Mr. Crowder does not take too kindly to strangers, and awesomely puts Kyle in a headlock while speeding down the road in his pickup.
