Mitch is the youngest son of Mrs. Jenson, and the young brother of Pete. It is unknown what happened to their father (The only information being that their parents are divorced). Mitch, like his brother and mother, are all Christians.
In "Slaughterhouse", Pete, Mitch, and their mother are camping out in the woods after a Christian rock concert. Their mother teasingly throws Pete's show off into the woods after he said she "hibernated" due to her heavy sleeping. Pete goes off to retrieve his shoe, only to head back to their tent to see Quarles holding Mitch and their mother at gunpoint. Pete is forced to be the getaway driver, since Quarles wants to flee back to Detroit, but also needs $500,000 to bring to Theo Tonin to do so. Sally is forced out of the van in the middle of nowhere, and Pete is forced at gunpoint to drive off and leave her behind. Mitch screams for his brother to stop the van. Later, Quarles delivers demands for Raylan Givens through Mitch, and they meet up at an abandoned spot in the woods. Mitch is forced out of the van at gunpoint, with Quarles threatening to shoot him if Raylan does not surrender his guns and cell phone. Mitch later is held at gunpoint along with Raylan when Quarles goes to Ellstin Limehouse's holler, demanding $500,000. After Limehouse cuts open a hanging pig carcass containing wads of cash, Quarles orders Mitch to put the money into a bucket.
