Kemp is a guest character in the FX series Justified fifth season episode, "Raw Deal". He is a bodyguard working for Larry Salmeron, who he kills after learning Larry was cheating him out of a deal for $250,000. He is portrayed by guest star Gary Basaraba.

In "Raw Deal", Kemp accompanies Larry to T.C. Fleming's house in order to retrieve the $250,000 he was owed. Kemp learns that Larry was to receive $250,000 when Larry reveals that he recorded Fleming confession that he was behind the hacked website and posed as Marshals. Kemp shoots Larry in the head for trying to cheat him in the money split and takes Candace hostage. Fleming hacks the phones, and makes it appear to the Marshals that he was placing calls from Kemp's hotel room. Kemp is arrested by the Marshals.
